    All of our engineers have been trained, to take their time and discuss the various alternatives to our clients. Although a replacement part may seem like the perfect solution, it may be that in their opinion this will only be delaying the inevitable, and the more economical option may be to replace the entire system at this point.

    However, this is not our decision as a company to make, and so we will simply give you our opinion, and then let our clients make the final decision.

    Although we can and will take away any replaced defective parts, it is our company policy to show our customers all of the old parts and to demonstrate where the fault was. In keeping with our policy of openness and honesty, we want our customers to see and verify that the old parts were defective. By showing them the parts that have been replaced, our customers understand and appreciate the need for the work that was carried out, and it's our belief that this is the perfect case study of how to complete air conditioning repairs correctly with honesty and integrity.
